Does this have to do with you being ticked off by your boss? You and I both know shit always happens at work. And work is only a small part of our lives (unless we make our work the reason for living).
So just chill. The weekend's here anyway. :)

OMG!!!!.....don't even consider that!!! :o ......we all have our down moments. When I'm down I usually distract myself with books or television. Or eating....err bad habit I know.....but to each of his own!!

aww.. no suicide is not the answer, even when its so tempting!
Just push through the garbage time.. and u'll find the bright light of tomorrow.. or day after tomorrow.. anyways!
